Starling is seeking a Senior Card Payments Specialist to join the Payments Scheme team in a senior individual contributor role. You will act as the organisation's card payments SME, working closely with engineering and business teams to design, build and operate the banking and payments environment.
You will lead during incidents, translate complex scheme requirements for technical teams, and ensure adherence to Visa/Mastercard rules, risk controls and regulatory standards.
