Role Purpose

The Operational Excellence Partner is responsible for creating and maintaining BAU processes. They will play an integral part of change delivery across Operations, working alongside key stakeholders across the Bank.

Requirements

  • Ensuring that BAU processes are current and accurate and in a format for the end user to ‘bring to life'
  • Assisting in the creation of process improvements based on feedback and recommendations from stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Change Delivery Team to ensure initiatives are delivered
  • Helping to execute the operational strategy to support our growth
  • Ability to help design the appropriate solution to fix an issue
  • Help to create operating models, processes and controls for all aspects of Operations
  • Undertaking regular reviews of process/guidance documents.
  • Engaging with relevant parties across the business to ensure that documents are up to date and giving the right information
  • Work to ensure that changes and updates are clearly communicated in a timely manner

Knowledge

  • Ability to effectively partner with dependency teams on a regular basis and build effective working relations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised with the ability to balance workload and schedules with multiple priorities and ad hoc escalations.
  • Competent in use of Management portal
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive and results‑oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence
