Starling is seeking a Head of Employee Relations & Advisory to lead our People Advisory team and ensure high-quality, consistent guidance for employees and line managers. You will partner with People Partners and CoEs to drive a seamless employee experience while managing regulatory risk and data governance.

You will champion continuous improvement across People processes and mentor a high-performing team, balancing compliance with a fair employee experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
