Hybrid Working

About The Role
This key role within Engine's Product & Technology Proposition team involves understanding client needs, selling appropriate solutions, and building the right products. We seek a versatile individual with broad banking, technology, or consulting experience to lead early-stage projects, help clients understand how Engine supports their goals, and define project scope. Our Senior Product Consultants closely engage with clients, translating their ambitions into feasible Engine projects while managing daily project activities. We value adaptable individuals eager to make an impact, especially those experienced in technology discovery projects or large banking transformations. Your work will involve client relationship building, requirements gathering, solution design, and collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams to enhance our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the 'workstream lead' for product, defining project approach, and exploring client requirements.
- Engaging with clients to understand their vision and how they intend to use Engine.
- Leading workshops, defining project scope, and demonstrating Engine capabilities.
- Managing solution design and documentation, guiding client requirements assessment.
- Leading early-stage projects, managing teams, and coordinating client engagements.
- Acting as liaison between Engine, clients, and partners, managing risks, and escalating issues.
Skills & Background:
