Overview
In this role, you lead Starling’s Technology Operations team to deliver reliable Mac and Windows support across multiple offices, partnering with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll drive operational excellence, coach a high-performing team, and manage incident response and IT projects for office infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership position within a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement. You will help shape scalable support processes and metrics-driven performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technology Operations team across multiple offices
- Coach and up-skill teammates to drive high performance in line with company values
- Oversee Mac and Windows environments and maintain smooth operation of managed systems and network
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define operational requirements and support processes
- Assist with escalations to third-party suppliers and triage issues to maintain service levels
- Develop data- and metric-driven dashboards to identify process improvements and monitor performance
- Manage incident response and escalation processes for timely resolution
- Support IT projects related to office infrastructure and hardware lifecycle management
Key requirements
- Proven experience leading technical support or operations teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong macOS and Windows knowledge; experience with Zentral, Intune, Meraki
- Experience managing multi-site operations and fostering a high-performance culture
- Experience with incident management, ITSM tools, and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
