Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the Starling Group. The role reports to the group head of employment legal and may require commuting to any of our offices.
You will lead an employment lawyer and handle regulatory issues under SMCR and FCA codes, TUPE, executive agreements, dismissals, and training. In-house financial services experience is preferred; PQE 6–10 years is expected, with strong communication skills.
