At Engine, our Lending domain covers our platform’s existing and new lending products such as overdrafts, unsecured loans, mortgages and credit cards, as well as cross-cutting lending capabilities such as origination and collections. This role is pivotal within Engine’s Product & Technology function, in making sure we understand the client needs and build the right products. We’re looking for an experienced product manager with experience in either 0-1 build or significant enhancements of lending products. Experience with mortgages or secured term lending in particular is helpful but not essential. Demonstrable track record of developing high quality products that enable business growth is essential.You’ll work closely with the Business Development, Customer Success and Engineering functions to design solutions that meet client needs and drive our product strategy. You’ll enjoy problem solving, getting to the detail, and understanding how clients can make the best use of our product, whilst designing ways to improve it. Your work will span product strategy, client-facing requirements gathering & solution design, and product ownership in an Engineering context. You’ll have a technical mindset and enjoy working collaboratively with Engineering leadership to build scalable products for different market contexts.
