We are hiring Frontend Engineers to enhance the Engine Management Portal, adapting existing features for banks worldwide and developing new features not yet available in the UK market.

As an Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to our award-winning platform and internal tools
• Build new features and products from scratch in a configurable way

Ideally, you…

• Have at least 4 years of professional front-end experience
• Are proficient with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Have experience building accessible, secure web apps that consume REST APIs
• Enjoy coding in front-end technologies and refining designs
• Value clean code, automation, and continuous deployment
• Take ownership from concept to deployment
• Support small, empowered development teams

Our main tech stack includes:

• HTML/CSS/JS (TypeScript, too), React
• Libraries like Next.js, Gatsby, Redux, React Query
• Design systems (Storybook, CSS-in-JS)
• Testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library

We also work with infrastructure tools like AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFront), GCP, or Firebase. Experience is not mandatory, but willingness to learn is appreciated.

Our Interview Process

It’s a two-way process designed for mutual understanding. Expect a conversational style, with opportunities for your questions. Typically, the process includes:

• First interview: ~45 minutes
• Take-home technical test (no time limit)
• Technical face-to-face: ~1.5 hours
• Final interview: ~45 minutes
