What you would do

  • Service and calibrate pipettes: You’ll work with small parts, following our approved standards. Don’t worry—full training is provided!
  • Hands‑on work: Most of your day will be spent at the bench, carefully handling delicate instruments. No liquid handling.
  • Record keeping: You’ll help us maintain accurate records of all servicing work.
  • Support: You’ll offer advice or assistance to customers and colleagues, once you’re comfortable in the role.

What you bring

  • Attention to detail: You’re good with your hands and can work carefully with tiny components.
  • No experience needed: If you’ve worked in any hands‑on job, you could be a great fit.
  • Willingness to learn: We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • Bonus: Any knowledge of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 standards is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English, eligibility to work in the UK and a valid driving licence.
