The predicted salary is between 50000 - 55000 £ per year.

Due to continued business growth and increasing demand from our customers, we are excited to be expanding our Sales team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, contribute to our ongoing success, and help us continue delivering an excellent level of service to both new and existing customers. The position is fully remote, giving the successful candidate the flexibility to work from home. This role would be better suited to someone based along the M4 corridor to support coverage of that region. In addition, the role includes a monthly car allowance to support travel requirements. The role offers a basic salary of £35,000, with the opportunity to achieve on-target earnings of up to £60,000. This provides a competitive overall package for a motivated sales professional, with earnings potential linked to performance and success in the role.

The company specialises in bespoke and template websites for car, van, motorbike, motorhome and commercial vehicle dealers, as well as stock management, email marketing, finance integrations, and vehicle advertising services.

Job Overview

The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the company’s website design and managed services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and positioning software solutions that deliver clear commercial value. Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams, the Regional Manager develops and maintains a robust sales pipeline, executes go‑to‑market strategies, and supports long‑term customer success. The role combines strategic market insight with hands‑on sales execution, contributing directly to business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target markets and sectors
  • Cold calling and prospecting to increase pipeline and in turn new business sales
  • Grow sales revenue from commercial partners at field level
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outreach, referrals, events, and marketing‑generated leads
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs and business challenges
  • Develop long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Work closely with account management, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction

Market & Product Alignment

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s software products, roadmap, and competitive positioning
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead‑generation initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking
  • Produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management
  • Represent the business professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Qualification of Business studies, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software and ability to adapt to new systems
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and deliver engaging presentations
