You'll be part of a skilled engineering team responsible for keeping advanced production facilities running at peak performance, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on modern industrial equipment. - Productivity bonus (linked to output)
- Continental shifts: 4 on/4 off (Days & Nights) OR Permanent nights: 6pm - 6am (Mon - Thu)

The Role
- Respond quickly and effectively to electrical breakdowns
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and minimise downtime
- Log and report breakdowns, supporting root-cause analysis
- Suggest and help implement corrective improvements
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Occasionally assist with training and mentoring apprentices
- Work as part of a close-knit team, including overtime when required

- Control panels and industrial electrical systems
