Your mission
As a Configuration Control Engineer, you will be the guardian of technical integrity and product consistency at STARK. In an environment where we move fast from concept to high-rate production, you will ensure that every nut, bolt, and line of code is accounted for, traceable, and controlled throughout the product lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between engineering, manufacturing, and quality, establishing the rigorous frameworks needed to manage complex hardware and software configurations. Your work ensures that what we design is exactly what we build, and what we build is exactly what is fielded to our operators.
Responsibilities

- Lead Change Control Boards (CCB): Facilitate the review and approval process for Engineering Change and Requests for Deviation ensuring impact assessments are thorough across all departments.
- Manage Product Structure: Maintain complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) within our PLM/ERP systems, ensuring alignment between engineering "As-Designed" and manufacturing "As-Built" records.
- Enforce Documentation Standards: Oversee the release of technical data packages (TDPs), ensuring drawings, specifications, and software versions meet STARK's rigorous standards and regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Perform Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) and Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) to verify that the physical product matches its technical documentation.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for configuration queries between Mechanical Design, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
