- Partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team across a c.50% field‑based / 50% office‑based
- Support the integration of a newly acquired business, including culture, structure and policy alignment
- Drive performance, capability and manager effectiveness, including within field teams
- Lead and develop an HR Advisor
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession
- Deliver people initiatives, change and transformation activity
- Be part of a strong culture and highly collaborative leadership team, with close partnership with a high‑quality, engaging MD
