The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a self-generated pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Exceed monthly targets for sales, margin, and KPIs.
  • Work with estimating to deliver compelling, timely proposals.
  • Follow through on all bids, providing conversion updates and feedback.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and drivers.
  • Collaborate with other Stark divisions to expand our reach.
