As part of the Technical Solutions team, the Estimating Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of multi-utility estimating engineers, ensuring accurate and efficient cost estimates are produced that meet customers’ requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Manage a multi-utility estimating team ensuring key performance milestones and deadlines are met.
  2. Produce timely, accurate, and detailed estimates.
  3. Develop and maintain customer working relationships.
  4. Drive forward continuous improvement and a “can do” attitude within the estimating team.
  5. Participate in regular training/learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
  6. Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures, and working practices.
  7. Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and cooperate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
  8. Any other reasonable duties as required.
