To support technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Endpoint Central (Deployment & Vulnerability Management Software) & VoIP softphone system.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Build workstations as required.
• Resolve support tickets in our ticketing system within a timely manner.
• Be the primary IT contact for our Bristol Office
• Ensure Compliance and Security standards are met (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials)
• Undertake administrative procedures such as account creation & deletion within Active Directory.
• Proactively seek to improve the IT environment.
• Install and configure hardware (firewalls, switches, servers etc…)
• Utilise remote access software to aid users remotely.
• Undertake projects independently with support from your colleagues.
• Systems administration including backups, networking, and antivirus.
• Maintaining Asset registers and ensuring devices are kept within warranty and software licenses are up to date.
• Keep up to date with new and existing technologies.
• Participate in regular training/learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
• Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and co-operate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
• Any other reasonable duties as required.
