We're recruiting for an Interim Project Manager to join us for a 12-month fixed term contract within our Data and Analytics team.
The scope of the role is to lead, coordinate, and structure a portfolio of data and analytics initiatives, ensuring activities are clearly defined, governed, positioned for successful delivery and delivered, with expected benefits realised. The business is undertaking a series of data-related initiatives aimed at improving insight capability, rationalising tooling, and strengthening the overall data platform.
Key areas of focus include:
- Decommissioning of Phocas and transition to Azure and M365, including Power BI
- Review, assessment and implementation of Databricks to replace Synapse and Informatica pipelines and notebooks
- Carbon reporting tool for customer use
- Discovery and shaping of additional data initiatives (may include automated quotations, dynamic pricing, product enrichment)
Given the evolving nature of the scope, this role will focus on structuring, planning, and governing activity, as well as enabling and managing delivery. Programme and managing external partners to their delivery plans. Stakeholder management and communication.
