We’re looking for a Sales Insights & Analytics Lead to join us to lead the development and delivery of sales insight, analytics, and performance reporting across Stark UK, providing a single, trusted view of commercial performance. The role ensures that data is translated into actionable insight that drives daily sales activity, supports strategic decision-making, and identifies growth opportunities across territories, customers, and markets. You will be working collaboratively with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Insight & Reporting: Deliver Power BI dashboards and sales potential reporting, providing clear visibility of revenue, margin, pipeline, and customer performance.
- Territory & Market Analysis: Analyse and map market variation and customer performance by territory to identify opportunity, gaps, and optimise coverage.
- Performance Management: Maintain performance ledgers, highlighting risks, gaps, and opportunities to drive daily and weekly sales actions.
- Opportunity Identification: Work with Sales Directors to surface actionable insights that improve conversion, growth, and customer engagement.
- Data & KPI Design: Define and standardise KPIs, ensuring insights are clear, consistent, and commercially relevant.
- Data Quality & Lead Generation: Lead customer data cleansing and develop integrated lead generation processes to improve pipeline quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with MI/BI, Data, Finance, and Strategy teams to align data, reporting, and insight.
- Delivery & Governance: Oversee dashboard development, data models, and reporting standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Adoption & Enablement: Drive dashboard adoption and embed a data-led performance culture across sales teams.
- Strong experience in Power BI and data visualisation tools.
- Proven ability to translate data into commercial insight.
