We’re looking for a e-C ommerce Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.
The e-Commerce Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of product content across our websites.
Reporting to the Head of e-Commerce, this role focuses on enriching product data to optimise the customer experience, improve searchability, and drive online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrich and enhance product listings with detailed, accurate, and engaging information, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, specifications, filters and categorisation.
- Ensure all content is consistent.
- Upload and maintain product data within the website’s content management system (CMS) and/or PIM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as category, merchandising, and marketing to gather relevant product data and updates.
- Perform quality assurance checks on product content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and visual appeal.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improved product presentation.
- Support the Product Enrichment Manager in delivering website range launches, seasonal updates, and campaign deadlines.
- Maintain internal documentation and adhere to established content guidelines and workflows.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience working in an e-commerce or digital content role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt tone and style.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with data and using spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMS, PIM systems, or product catalogues (preferred but not essential).
