Frazer is the UK’s leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions - for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors. We are on the hunt for a Branch Director to lead the team in our New Colchester branch.

- Hours: 7.30am- 5pm Monday to Friday
- Location: Phoenix Court, Hawkins Road, Colchester, CO2 8JY
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the wider network to support customer requirements and business activities.
- Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations.
- Build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
- Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts.
- Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.

- Previous leadership experience within Civils Materials distributor.
- Strong sales aptitude.
- Driving license.
- Experience in motivating and driving sales for this role.
- Strong communication and commercial awareness to empower the team to provide great customer service.
