We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to support our SME housebuilder community. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30 – 17:00 based in our sales office above branch, in Staines (TW18 2BE).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to develop effective supplier relationships to maximise customer sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer procurement teams, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Site Agents.
  • Maximise opportunities to continually learn about new products and to improve selling skills.
  • Develop, own and manage key accounts.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets of new products whilst maintaining growth on existing products.
  • Seek out opportunities to identify future and existing sales opportunities within the area.
  • Work closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding service.

  • Experience of managing a portfolio or working towards account growth on specific customers.
  • Pipeline and opportunity management.
  • Forecasting and reporting.
