Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our new Frazer branch in Colchester

Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing.
Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning.
Operational Tasks: Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (training provided), check deliveries, and maintain stock levels with regular counts.
Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager.
Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritize health and safety at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.
Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
