Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager who\βs as passionate about great leadership as we are.
We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 3 3 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
Hours β 7.30am β 5.00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am β 12pm
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement

Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities

Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with our Jewson Values

Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible

Build effective relationships with s uppliers

Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth

Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained , carrying out regular stock counts

Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
