This is a full-time position with working hours scheduled Monday to Friday, operating on seasonal hours.

  • Winter hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
  • Summer hours: 10:30am to 8:00pm
  • Alternate Saturday working, from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
