What You’ll Be Doing
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead talent Partner to provide a comprehensive recruitment solution for senior-level branch appointments and above-branch vacancies. This role involves conducting in-depth job briefings, identifying dormant talent, enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring a best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, HR teams, and hiring managers to identify, engage, and nurture talent while supporting workforce planning strategies.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Senior-Level Recruitment: Provide a dedicated recruitment solution for all senior-level branch appointments and above-branch vacancies, ensuring a strategic and high-quality approach to talent acquisition.
Job Briefings & Talent Sourcing: Conduct in-depth job briefings to support effective sourcing and selection of senior-level candidates, ensuring alignment with the business’s needs and objectives.
Talent Engagement: Identify, engage, and build relationships with dormant talent in the market to create a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future senior-level and strategic roles.
Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers by ensuring clear communication, efficient processes, and a positive, supportive environment throughout the recruitment journey.
Interview Support: Offer in-person and virtual interview support to hiring managers, ensuring interviews are conducted effectively, and the best candidates are selected.
Hiring Manager Upskilling: Provide training, guidance, and coaching to hiring managers to help them make informed and improved recruitment decisions, promoting best practices and consistency across the organization
Workforce Planning & Active Candidate Pooling: Work closely with the HR team to understand the workforce planning strategy and actively engage in building candidate pools for future needs, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create effective talent planning and mapping strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and creating a seamless journey for new hires into the business.
