Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor who is as passionate about great service as we are.
The role involves regular manual handling and driving duties and therefore requires a full UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a 3.5-tonne van, along with the ability to carry out physical tasks safely.
Key Responsibilities- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a customer facing environment.
