We have an exciting opportunity to join our Alnwick branch. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 07:30am - 17:00pm and every other Saturday from 08:00am - 12:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
