Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor - Sales who is as passionate about great service and sales as we are. The Senior Customer Service Advisor - Sales will partner with the trade by understanding and responding to our customer’s individual needs, delivering fast, focused, and fantastic customer service that exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships by providing the right solutions and maximising sales and profitability.
What you’ll be doing:
- Understand our approach to pricing and seek out ways to maximise margin in a credible way.
- Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required.
- Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service.
- Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand our customers' current and future requirements so we can support all their needs.
- Provide advice on products and solutions with particular attention to cross-selling packages and services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
