We are recruiting for a Part-time Yard Sales Advisor based in our thriving Kilmarnock branch! This is a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) role based in Kilmarnock, Queens Drive, working Monday and Tuesday 7:00 – 16:00, and Saturday from 08:00-12:00. In late Spring, the hours will increase to meet the branch's demands.
- Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service.
- Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand our customers' current and future requirements so we can support all their needs.
- Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor.
- Operate machinery safely and carry out key operational activities such as offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles.
- Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required.
- Continually develop your knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs.
- Loading and unloading vehicles both manually and with a forklift (training will be provided).
