Are you an accomplished Key Account Director from a Building Materials background? Would you welcome the opportunity to cover London and the South East of England? Minster is recruiting for a Key Account Director covering London and the South East.
Skills and Experience required:
- Solid background gained in a Construction Materials Distribution business
- Ideally with exposure to insulation, fire protection or dry lining products
- Proven successful experience managing Key Account sales activity and driving results
- Driving Licence is essential
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of 50 Key Accounts in the area.
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability
- Simplify the customer experience by ensuring close management of all owned accounts
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customer’s needs
- Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure that all opportunities are leveraged
- 80% field based and 20% office based
