Frazer, part of the STARK Group, is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, looking for a Utilities Sales Specialist who is as passionate about great service as we are.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer feedback accordingly and follow plans to continuously improve customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in building merchants (experience in Civils).
- Current knowledge of civils building materials and of the current construction market would be beneficial to the role.
- Proven experience in sales or customer focused environment delivering results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; written, phone and face to face.
- Experience in Microsoft Packages (Excel and Teams).
