We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Sales Advisor in our Glasgow (London Road) branch! At Stark UK, we believe that our greatest asset is our people! This is a 20-hour part-time role offering flexibility around when the hours are worked.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
  • Proactively deal with invoice queries, over the phone and via email.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
  • Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts and checking deliveries.
  • Supporting with any other branch administration, as required.
