Frazer is the UK’s leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors. We are on the hunt for a Senior Sales Specialist, who is as passionate about great service as we are, to work out of our Avonmouth branch.

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Frazer, Third Way, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 9YS

Key Responsibilities

  • Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand and meet their needs.
  • Maximising customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
  • Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
  • Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels.
  • Supporting all Company initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in the Civils building materials industry is essential.
  • Great customer focus and desire to do your absolute best to get the best outcomes.
  • Strong Sales aptitude.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop good understanding of your portfolio to secure future projects.
  • Proactive.
  • Well organised.
  • Great attention to detail.
