Minster is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our site in Cardiff.
Hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: 127 Craighall Road, Glasgow, G4 9TP
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the branch and engage with their projects.
- Manage a team of Warehouse Operatives.
- Produce monthly reports.
- Support the Branch Director and Operations Manager.
- Prepare the team for the day, including route planning for delivery drivers.
- Assist in processing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift (training provided).
- Support management and act as a keyholder when needed.
- Check incoming deliveries and report any missing or damaged products.
- Maintain stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.
- Keep the branch tidy and prioritize Health & Safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in the industry preferred.
- Background in Warehouse Management, ideally in construction materials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
- Commercial awareness.
