We\’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant to join the busy team in our Erith branch, who\’s as passionate about great service as we are.

Location: Frazer, Church Trading Estate, Slade Green Road, Erith, DA8 2HX
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
- Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions
- Help to prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided)
- Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
- Maintain stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills And Experience
- Previous industry experience in a yard/warehouse environment would be beneficial
- Counter Balance Forklift Licence (or relevant in-house training)
- Confident working both indoors and outdoors
- A health and safety focus
- Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items
