Are you based in the Hayle area? Do you have a passion for working with people and customer service? Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Tool Hire Assistant who is as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12
Location: 2 Carnsew Road, Hayle, TR27 4HU

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and collection of tools and equipment using a 3.5t vehicle, talking customers through how to use them on site.
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop.
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise tool hire delivery and collection, keeping customers updated throughout their journey.
- Work according to Health & Safety compliance.
- Improve and build sales within the Tool Hire department.
