Are you based in the Nuneaton area? Do you have a passion for working with people? Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Tool Hire Assistant who shares our commitment to excellent service.

Hours – 7:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday morning 8:00–12:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and collection of tools and equipment using a 3.5t vehicle, and guiding customers on site usage
- Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of tool hire equipment in the workshop
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions to deliver the best experience
- Using in-house systems to process orders, organise tool hire delivery and collection, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Working in accordance with Health & Safety compliance
Required Skills And Experience
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year (manual transmission)
