Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our Frazer branch in Tewkesbury. We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing.
- Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning.
- Operational Tasks: Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (training provided), check deliveries, and maintain stock levels with regular counts.
- Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager.
- Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritise health and safety at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
- Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.
- Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
