The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

A 6‑month fixed term contract for an experienced Talent Advisor, reporting to the Lead Talent Partner. Full‑time (37.5 hours a week, Monday‑Friday) with flexible start/finish times. Working from a hybrid model, four days a week in the Coventry head office (CV3 2TT).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide first‑line support for all recruitment queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the recruitment process is consistently followed at every stage, maintaining high standards and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Conduct initial recruitment briefings and post jobs across relevant channels to attract suitable candidates for volume recruitment
  • Support in sourcing candidates for roles based on business needs and recruitment requirements
  • Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth process, and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Manage the offer process, including the preparation and administration of offer letters, and ensure smooth communication with candidates until their first day
  • Provide ad‑hoc cover and support to other members of the team as required to ensure continuity in the recruitment process

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a high‑volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR‑related software
  • Attention to detail with a focus on process accuracy and candidate experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
