What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Liaison: Handle Landlord and Tenant enquiries with flair and professionalism.
- Query Management: Tackle queries, resolving disputes like a pro!
- Account Management: Raise invoices, conduct account reconciliations, set up standing orders, prepare financial reports.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with property managers and other colleagues to keep everything running smoothly and provide training to the team.
- Developing processes and procedures to improve the smooth running of the Property function.
- Serve as a primary contact for all Property Management System needs, updates, and issues.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate technical troubleshooting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Implement system updates, enhancements, and new features as required.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for staff across multiple departments.
- Maintain system data accuracy, reporting tools, and user access controls.
- Analyse workflow processes and recommend improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding new properties or business units into the property management systems.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reports for management.
What We’re Looking For
- Account Management experience
- Customer relations experience
- Knowledge of Property Management software (MRI Qube or ProLease is preferable).

This role is primarily office based but there may be an opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week following induction period. We are willing to consider a job share arrangement for this role.
