We are looking for an outgoing, friendly person to join the successful and supportive team as a Sales Adviser at our branch in Ilfracombe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values.
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Flexibility to help covering in other business areas when needed.
Working Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 08:00 – 12noon. Some flexibility on these hours is available for the right candidate and can be discussed at interview.
