We’re looking for a Pricing Insights/Feedback Analyst to evaluate, interpret, and report on pricing‑related customer feedback. What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting customer feedback data to identify trends, themes, and areas for improvement.
- Conducting root cause analysis to uncover systemic issues affecting customer experience.
- Recommending clear, actionable improvements to address the root causes of negative feedback.
- Managing and resolving escalated complaints efficiently and in line with SLAs.
- Maintaining accurate records of all escalated complaints.
- Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to implement changes driven by customer insights.
