The purpose of this role is to manage the supplier development funds, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting colleagues with fund investigations. The role focuses on financial administration and process improvement to deliver smooth operational support across category and commercial teams.
Key Results Areas
- Manage current supplier development fund requests and outstanding balances (between £7m - £10m).
- Support colleagues with fund investigations, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide regular fund reports to suppliers and category teams.
- Handle and resolve related supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Raise and issue Category Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track and monitor raised POs to support financial governance.
- Follow up on outstanding requests, working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
