About Us

At Star Jet Immigration Law Firm (IAA Reg. No: F202331612), we are a fast-growing immigration practice with offices in Birmingham, Manchester, and Newcastle. We are expanding our services and seeking an experienced Immigration Advisor to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for a Level 1/ Level 2 IAA-registered Immigration Advisor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves handling client inquiries, assessing immigration options, and preparing and submitting applications. You will provide comprehensive immigration advice and casework support across a wide range of matters, including:

  • UK visas and immigration routes (Entry Clearance, Leave to Remain, ILR, British Citizenship, Visitor Visas, Sponsor Licence applications).
  • Appeals, administrative reviews, and representation before relevant authorities.
  • Business and corporate immigration, including sponsor licence compliance and skilled worker routes.

In addition to UK immigration, our firm also offers global immigration services, assisting clients with residency and citizenship programmes in Europe and the Pacific region. You will be responsible for managing client cases from start to finish, liaising with Home Office and other agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and data protection requirements, and delivering a high standard of client care.

Requirements

  • IAA/OISC Level 1 and above accreditation (essential).
  • At least 2 year’s experience in immigration advice/casework.
  • Good knowledge of UK immigration laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese).
  • UK driving licence.
