At Staria, you’ll join a team of nearly a hundred NetSuite experts across 7 countries – a truly international community united by a shared passion for helping businesses grow beyond borders. Here, you’ll collaborate with some of the most experienced NetSuite professionals in the field, ensuring you have access to expert guidance, continuous learning, and strong professional support at every step of your career.
As a NetSuite Technical Consultant, you’ll take part in ERP implementation, integration, and customization projects for both new and existing clients. You’ll evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of customization and configuration decisions, ensuring that both NetSuite and Staria best practices are followed so customers can fully leverage the solution. Working closely with project teams, and sometimes directly with clients, you’ll confirm requirements, explore design alternatives, and proactively track issues, manage risks, and communicate project progress. You’ll also contribute to our internal knowledge‑sharing culture by participating in best practice initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Keys to success in this role
We’re looking for candidates who are currently located in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Czechia, Estonia, or Norway and who already have the right to work in one of these countries. To thrive in this position, we believe that you have:
- At least a few years of experience in technical development tasks in NetSuite.
- Technical expertise in SuiteCloud Development Framework, CSV Imports, Building Saved Searches (must have), and SuiteScripting (2.X, experience in 1.X is meritorious).
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken – a second language is a plus.
- The ability and willingness to work and communicate with clients.
Meritorious skills
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteCloud Developer Certification, Web Services Developer Professional Certification, Application Developer Certification.
- Similar usage and certification from an associated integration platform, such as integrator.io mastery level 4: legendary from Celigo University.
- Technical knowledge in areas such as Payment Template customization, Email and HTML/PDF Template modifications, Datasets and SuiteQL, RESTlets, Map/Reduce scripts, User Event scripts, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, Custom queues, Sequencing, Dependency record handling, Error handling, Performance optimization for scripts and integration calls to and from NetSuite.
- Experience working with shared libraries in Bitbucket and collaborating in agile development teams in sprints.
