As a NetSuite Consultant, you play an important role in project delivery and client engagement. You will be involved in multi-subsidiary implementations, often leading a process area, ensuring smooth rollouts across multiple business entities. Working closely with clients, you will analyze business processes, identify requirements, and implement tailored NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. Your focus will be on successful project execution and client satisfaction.
In the position of NetSuite Consultant, you will:
- Conduct business process mapping sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and determine how NetSuite can provide value.
- Work directly with clients and/or project teams to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and drive requirements sign-off.
- Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the impacts of application configuration decisions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Support existing Customers with new enhancements and troubleshooting issues or questions that arises

For this position, we are hiring across different locations and looking for new colleagues in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Czech Republic, Norway, or the UK.
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed in this position, you should have experience in NetSuite consulting, particularly in working with small to mid-sized implementations across multiple subsidiaries. To ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement throughout the project, you should have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
You thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and are skilled at analyzing business processes, identifying solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations. Your ability to translate client needs into scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite ERP Consultant are considered meritorious. English skills are required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Flexibility to work onsite at the client’s premises may be required in this role.
