About our team
We're excited to welcome senior, principal and architectâlevel NetSuite Finance consultants into our growing UK NetSuite team. You'll be joining a group of 13 talented professionals, all supported by our Country Director in the UK. At Staria, we place high value on flexibility and hybrid working, but we also know the importance of connection and team spirit. That's why our UK team meets in person four times a year for team days filled with open discussions, knowledge sharing and demos of the latest tools in NetSuite.
While our strong local presence is important, you'll also benefit from the support of our wider NetSuite community. With 70 experts across 7 countries, we collaborate to help businesses grow beyond borders. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work on both local and international projects, teaming up with colleagues from across Europe. To foster a sense of unity, we regularly bring the entire NetSuite team together for online team meetings, ensuring we stay connected and aligned â no matter where you're based.
Our international reach and expertise are also reflected in the diverse range of projects we deliver across four key verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Finance. Our team includes some of the top NetSuite professionals in the industry, from junior consultant to architect level, ensuring deep expertise at every stage of your career.
As a NetSuite Finance Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients â leading implementations within the finance vertical, guiding them toward bestâpractices and ensuring longâterm success. You'll also play a key role in coaching and supporting more junior colleagues.
At Staria you will be involved in multiâsubsidiary implementations, often leading a process area and ensuring smooth rollâouts across multiple business entities. The complexity of the position and project will differ depending on your seniority. All our roles are customerâfacing and working closely with clients â you will analyse business processes, identify requirements and implement tailored NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. Your focus will be on successful project execution and client satisfaction.
In practice, you will:
- Conduct business process mapping sessions with clients to gather, understand and analyse business requirements and determine how NetSuite can provide value.
- Work directly with clients and/or project teams to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and drive requirements signâoff.
- Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the impacts of application configuration decisions.
- Provide subjectâmatter expertise on key business process decisions, ensuring alignment with bestâpractices.
- Support existing customers with new enhancements and troubleshooting issues or questions that arise.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking senior, principal or architectâlevel NetSuite Finance Consultants based in the UK, ideally in the Midlands or London. You must already reside in the UK and hold a valid work permit. The role is fully remote and involves some travel within the UK â typically 2â4 times per month â to support preâsales opportunities and key project milestones such as workshops, walkthroughs, UAT and goâlives.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in NetSuite consulting, ideally gained through midâ to largeâscale, multiâsubsidiary implementations. You are confident in analysing business processes, identifying scalable solutions and managing stakeholder expectations while taking a consultative approach to building and maintaining strong client relationships. Certifications such as SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant are considered an advantage.
We are looking for consultants with a broad and versatile skill set. Expertise in some of the following areas will be particularly valuable:
- Costâbased management for item profitability
- Landed cost management
- Complex billing engines such as SuiteBilling and ZoneBilling
- Leading complex integrations, including defining and delegating
- Guiding customers toward bestâpractice solutions
