Job Description
We are currently looking for bright talent to be part of the reservations team at the beautiful and iconic Gore Hotel. Family-style management and a caring and considerate approach to our staff are the philosophies at the Starhotels Collezione.
The Collezione consists of the groups top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste, and Venice. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture while sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulate the whole group.
We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious reservations agent to join the Starhotels team on a full-time basis to support our complex reservations team in daily tasks within the complex. Please note, this is a maternity cover, and therefore fixed-term position.
What are we looking for:
- Handle all phone calls and email enquiries in a highly professional manner
- Engage professionally with guests over online web chat
- Convert enquiries into bookings
- Accurate logging reservations into the system
- The role will be following a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends/bank holidays
- We are looking for someone with a pleasant & welcoming manner.
