We are currently looking for a bright talent to join us as the Cluster Human Resources Director in our HR team based in London, supporting three properties in the South Kensington Area (SW7). This is a full-time position. At Starhotels Collezione, our philosophy is rooted in a family-style management approach, emphasizing caring and consideration towards our staff. The prestigious Starhotels Collezione properties are all 4 and 5-star icons of style, each with a unique personality that reflects the authentic spirit of their host cities.
Main duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the HR Department.
- Manage the functions of the HR Office, coordinate the team, and ensure smooth HR operations across all three hotels.
- Ensure tasks are completed professionally and promptly.
- Oversee payroll processing, auditing, and timekeeping to guarantee on-time salary payments, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the HR and Management Teams in areas such as recruitment, payroll, training, performance, attendance, and Employee Relations.
- Participate in management meetings, deliver training sessions to employees, and maintain training records.
- Develop organizational strategies by researching HR issues, contributing to strategic planning, and establishing HR objectives aligned with organizational goals.
