We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our Bar 190 team at The Gore Hotel.

Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel operation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people easily.
A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
Act as the primary point of contact in the manager's absence, demonstrating a "lead by example" approach to floor presence and service standards.
Work closely with the wider hotel management team to ensure seamless integration between the bar, the hotel lobby, and the restaurant.
Drive revenue by training the team in suggestive selling techniques
Assist in managing beverage costs, inventory levels, and labor margins to maximize profitability without compromising the guest experience.
